We were picked up at the hotel on time. Then we were taken to a village and toured. We learned how to make wet cakes and mats. The trip was really great. Our tour guide was wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic.

Great Fun
by amy_hp18We did several classes during our SEA trip. This is one of the most fun of all. It includes a fun boat ride out of the busy town centre, a short ride on a round boat, learning how to use local tools to make mats and make wet cakes. The class included a mandatory market tour, where we actually picked up the different food products we needed instead of just flipping through in one showcase. Our pint-sized dynamo instructor is a pleasure to work with and laughs throughout the day.
